osg-discovery no longer builds. Maven spits out a mysterious NPE. I've added a patch to the source to fix the NPE (it's during the assembly of the final tarball), but this means lots of JARs are missing. We should just use a bit of bash in %install to pull these from the maven directory.

I believe it happened due to the unavailability of one of the dependent packages.

No, it is a problem with this package (though many maven built packages want to do this). They try to download packages from all over and package dependencies in the assembly.
