Fix handling of cluster names with non-word characters in slurm probe

Description

Reported in https://support.opensciencegrid.org/a/tickets/64619

There is a line here in the slurm probe which in the past apparently functioned to ensure no non-word characters appeared in cluster names. In SOFTWARE-3724, we added backtick quoting for identifier names, to support (eg) cluster names with hyphens. However, this (above linked) re.sub() call was not removed or updated to reflect that.

We should correct this either by updating the above-referenced line, perhaps to only exclude nuls and the backtick quoting character itself.
