Rename the WSU CC* GPU resource to match the GLIDEIN_ResourceName

Description

The Miron CC* dashboard uses the OIM_FQDN to identify Core hours of GPU jobs from the payload records since we tag CC* entities at the resource level. OIM_FQDN is used when the GRACC summarizer can match the record’s Host_descriptionto a Topology resource name. Unfortunately, the finest granularity that the factory is willing to give us is the resource group name (in the GLIDEIN_ResourceName) field and it appears that for WSU, this was accidentally set to the site name:

So if we change the resource name to match GLIDEIN_ResourceName and we resummarize the records, they will contain the OIM_FQDN and the hours will show up in the Miron CC* dashboard.

We chose this solution over modifying the query that generates the dashboard or changing the level of Topology that we tag CC* entities to 1. retain the fine granularity of tagging CC* resource and 2. so that past records don’t have to be hand edited since Host_description is effectively added on record creation.
